Attorney
Mark D. Perison was first admitted to practice in Idaho in September of 1993. Mark is also a member of the State Bars of California, Washington and Montana. Mark received his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Idaho in 1993.
Following law school, Mark served as law clerk to the Honorable Darrel R. Perry, Idaho Court of Appeals. Mark worked as an associate with William R. Snyder & Associates for nine years, focusing on real estate and business, and opened the doors of Mark D. Perison, P.A. on January 1, 2007.
Mark is a former adjunct professor at Concordia University School of Law where he taught the Estate Planning Practicum. Mark is currently a Designated Attorney for the Small Business Administration and is a frequent lecturer on foreclosures, landlord tenant law, bankruptcy and legal writing.
Mark is the organizer and speaker of The Foreclosure Process in Idaho, a seminar designed for real estate professionals and investors. In his spare time, Mark plays hockey, enjoys travel and is an award winning amateur film maker, producer and actor.
Tricia Soper
Attorney
Tricia Soper obtained her B.A. in political science from Washington State University in 1992, and received her J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1997, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
After law school, Tricia served a two-year federal clerkship with Chief Bankruptcy Judge Jim D. Pappas, followed by employment with the City of Boise as a deputy prosecutor. Immediately prior to beginning work for Mark D. Perison, P.A., Tricia had been a partner for four years in the firm Ketlinski, Massoth & Soper, PLLC. Her current practice focuses primarily on real estate and business.
Tricia is married and has three active children. In her free time, she enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, and camping with her family.
Emily Suchan
Paralegal
Emily serves as the firm’s paralegal and administrative assistant. Emily received a Bachelor of Music, summa cum laude, from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1999.
In college, Emily was a member of Pi Kappa Lamda, a national collegiate music honor society, Morterboard, a national honor society and was on the President’s Honor Roll for seven semesters. Emily also graduated as valedictorian from Minico High School in Rupert.
Emily has worked as an administrative legal professional since 1999. In her spare time, Emily enjoys music, church activities and spending time with family.
Anney Banek
Legal Assistant
Anney began working as the firm’s receptionist and legal assistant in January 2022.
She is currently a senior at Boise State University majoring in Criminal Justice. She will be graduating in winter 2023. Anney has lived in Boise for four years and plans on staying.
Anney grew up in Milton-Freewater, a rural farm town in Oregon. She plans to pursue a career in real estate after graduation. Anney loves to spend time traveling, enjoying the outdoors with her friends and family.
Anney loves to ski, which she started at age 3.
