Mark D. Perison was first admitted to practice in Idaho in September of 1993. He became a member of the California State Bar in 1995. Mark received his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Idaho in 1993.

Tricia Soper obtained her B.A. in political science from Washington State University in 1992, and received her J.D. from the University of Idaho in 1997, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
